I’m Alisa, a lead product designer and design leader with 10+ years shaping complex fintech and B2B products, as hands-on in the details as in leading the team. At Payoneer I lead the design system and DesignOps across the whole platform. At Shield I led the design team through an end-to-end redesign and built its design system from zero. I’m also an AI builder: I prototype, test and ship with AI tools, so ideas reach users faster. I turn dense products into clear ones, and build the systems that keep them that way.

From a legacy UI library to a governed system used across the platform. I led it from audit to adoption: semantic tokens, master components in Figma and code, documentation, and the operating model that keeps design and engineering building on one source of truth.

I’m a Lead Product Designer and Design System Lead with more than ten years in complex products: fintech, compliance, media. My background spans product strategy, UX, UI, research and team leadership, and I’m at my best when those come together: turning messy product needs into a focused direction, giving designers clear guidance, and working closely with product and engineering to ship.
As a design-system lead I build the foundations that connect design and code: principles and tokens, accessible component libraries, documentation, governance, contribution and adoption. The goal isn’t visual consistency for its own sake. It’s helping teams make better decisions, stop duplicating work, and deliver coherent products faster.
